Create a New Service Project

  1. Select File > New > z/OS Connect EE Service Project. The New Project Window will display.
  2. Enter the following details:
    1. Project Name is CATLG
      Note:
      CATLG is the name provided for this sample. Please use your organization’s naming schema.
    2. Project Type is CICS Channel Service.
    3. Enter a description.

      New Project window displays the project name, project type and description.

  3. Select the Configuration tab for the CATLG Service. In the Service Project Editor, enter the CICS Connection in the Connection reference field.

    CICSConn is the connection reference specific to the Service Product Editor Configuration
