When both VTSManager and VTS Gate are licensed, users have access to the VV command. However, VV is incompatible with TSRACCESS=RF. The VV command cannot override or bypass the RF access setting, and attempting to use VV against a VTS initialized with TSRACCESS=RF will result in the following message:

This incompatibility is a meaningful constraint when planning VTS configurations that are intended to support both VTSManager alias switching and VTS Gate access swapping.
