The LICENSE command sets the VTSManager License, and optionally sets a number of days prior to the expiration of the license for which warning messages will be issued. The LICENSE command must be issued whenever a new emergency licensing module is installed. It may be run any time a different expiration warning period is desired. The LICENSE command cannot be used to change the date of the license expiration.
The PC Server checks the license daily at midnight. This command is either optional or for updating the license without waiting for the PC Server to recheck.
