Steps to Install RESTConnector

To proceed with the installation of the RESTConnector product, perform the following steps:

  1. Connect to z/OS Connect
  2. Copy API Interface load modules
  3. Create CICS Definition
  4. Create CICS IPIC Connection
  5. Install CICS Resources
  6. Install APICONFG
  7. Verify Installation
Note:
There is no direct dependency of the version of z/OS Connect and RESTConnector. This guide and the tableBASE RESTConnector User Guide prepared based on the version of the z/OS connect that was available at the time of RESTConnector development. The links will automatically update to the version of the referenced IBM Guide.
