Allan Zander, Chief Executive Officer

Allan Zander is the driving force behind DataKinetics' recent growth. An engineer by trade, but an entrepreneur by heart, Allan has founded two businesses, and resurrected two others. He has also held senior positions with several large telecommunications companies in Canada, and was named to the Top 40 Under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal. Allan has successfully blended his personal energy and marketing skill with DataKinetics' experienced engineering teams, excellent product line and impressive list of customers, and has brought in more new business than the company has seen in many years. Allan holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree, as well as a Bachelor of Computing Science degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Randy McCoy, Chief Financial Officer
|
Randy McCoy joined DataKinetics as CFO in June 2011. A Chartered Accountant (CA) with over fifteen years of experience in auditing, software, manufacturing, and professional services, primarily in the Ottawa high-tech sector, Randy brings financial savvy, experience and a tireless work ethic to DataKinetics. Prior to joining DataKinetics, Randy served as Finance Director at Kinaxis and as Sr. Finance Manager at Autodesk, where he managed multi-million dollar deal negotiations with Fortune 500 companies, facilitated US GAAP revenue recognition, and maintained complex budgeting and forecasting models while guiding financial growth. He has also been a Controller at xWave and Discreet Logic. As part of the senior management team at DataKinetics, Randy will focus on managing the company's finances and administration, in addition to building out DataKinetics' operational and financial processes and infrastructure as the company continues to grow. In addition to his CA designation, Randy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. |

Larry Strickland, Chief Product Officer
| Larry Strickland joined DataKinetics early in January, 2011, and is responsible for product direction at a critical time for DataKinetics, as the company prepares to branch out into important new business segments. Prior to joining DataKinetics, Larry was the CTO and VP of Product Management for Ottawa startup Natural Convergence, where his technical background and astute eye for the marketplace was instrumental in developing key product differentiators, and forging important business partnerships for the company. Previously, he held various management positions with Nortel Networks during that company's period of high growth and market dominance. Larry holds a PH.D. and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Melbourne in Australia, and is a volunteer firefighter. |

Steve Panyko, Chief Customer Officer
| Steve Panyko is a veteran leader of several technology businesses, serving as CEO of Sciemetric Instruments Inc. in Ottawa, Ontario, CML Emergency Services in Gatineau, Quebec, Echopass Corporation in Salt lake City, Utah, and Onix Microsystems in Richmond, California. He has also held the position of President of Harris Communications products division, and Vice President / General Manager of Rockwell Switching systems division. Mr. Panyko also held positions with Motorola, ITT and ATT Bell Laboratories. Mr. Panyko holds a M.S.E.E. from Columbia University, and a B.S.E.E. from City College of New York. |

Graham Wilson, Chief Knowledge Officer
| Graham Wilson is DataKinetics' Chief Knowledge Officer primarily responsible for building a profitable professional services organization. Graham joined DataKinetics in 2010, originally as Head of Product Development and Support experience in corporate management, business development, and product management. Previously, Graham was a successful independent management consultant, held management positions at CounterPath Corporation, FirstHand Technologies and PlantCML, and co-founded Cogency Semiconductor Inc., where he was appointed chair of marketing and a board member of the HomePlug Powerline Alliance. Graham began his career as a software developer at Plessey and later with Mitel, where he was quickly promoted to development director before making the career jump to marketing. Graham holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Aston University in the U.K., as well as various post-graduate certificates from Queens University, Carleton University and the University of Ottawa in Canada. |

William Olders, President and Chief Technology Officer
| William (Bill) Olders, a veteran of more than 30 years of experience in computer language instruction and software product design, is a co-founder of DataKinetics, and has served as President for 20 years. In 1984, Bill assumed the position of Vice-President of Software Development and spearheaded the company's expansion into software development. In this capacity, he lead the development of the company's flagship product, DataKinetics tableBASE®. Bill is a published writer and well-known expert in table-driven programming and systems design. He graduated from The University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Physics. |

Steven Bruder, CPA
| Steven J. Bruder most recently served as the CFO of Ottawa-based Lumenera Corp., where he helped company through significant growth. Mr. Bruder has been helping entrepreneurs and their companies with strategic business and financial consulting for over 20 years. A past award recipient in the Greater Ottawa Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepreneur of the Year, he was recognized by the Ottawa Business Journal as one of the Top 40 Under 40 for his commitment to professional excellence and contributions to the community. Mr. Bruder holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario, and has completed the Leading Entrepreneurial Organizations program at the Richard Ivey School of Business. |

Patrick O'Leary
| Patrick O'Leary brings over thirty years' experience in the technology sector. He most recently served as Vice President for Strategic Alliances at Cognos, where he managed strategic partnerships with blue-chip companies such as IBM, Oracle and SAP. Prior to Cognos, Mr. O'Leary was Vice President for Sales and Marketing at McLeod Bishop Systems, a division of SHL SystemHouse. Mr. O'Leary holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Western Ontario. |
